CANCELLATIONS / RETURNS / REFUNDS
All your purchases on http://wellnesspathy.store/ are covered by a standard Cancellation, Return & Refund Policy.
Cancellation of Order will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. However, the cancellation request will not be entertained if the orders have been processed and if we have already initiated the process of shipping them. No cancellations will be allowed on purchases under promotional Schemes. 100% payment shall be refunded and you shall be informed about the same. It shall take 15 working days to refund the amount into your account.
Returns / Replacements :
We offer replacements for all products that are either damaged in transit or if wrong products are delivered. However, buyers must ensure that the product inside bottles are not opened or used and that they inform our customer service within 48 hours of receipt of such damaged/wrong products. Buyers will also take the responsibility of couriering back the products to the designated return address. We will replace the product of the same specifications and value at no extra cost. The Return or Replacement guarantee is valid only in case of manufacturing defects or transport damage. Damage due to product mishandling by customer or normal wear & tear are not returnable.
Refund Policy :
When you buy our products, your purchase is covered by a Refund Policy, if the Order is still not processed. To request a refund, simply contact us with your purchase details within 24 hours of your purchase. Please include your order number. Refunds will not be provided if the Orders are already in the process of dispatch. The Refunds take minimum of 15 working days as per the Bank Systems and the Payment Gateway.
